When you open an application, are you opening it from the Sage Desktop or TS Main? If so, did you make sure to switch the company folder in Desktop or TS Main? Whatever company folder you have Desktop/TS Main opened to when you launch an application, that application will open in that company folder.

Another thing to verify is that you do not have "Use last folder at startup" marked in Tools > Customize on the General tab.

And lastly, you can create a shortcut that has your live company folder specified in the Start In so that it will open to that folder by default. We use a shortcut to open Sage 300 CRE Desktop.  The Properties of the Desktop shortcut has a place on the Shortcut Tab called "Start In".  The Start In box is filled with the map all the way to the default company folder.  Example:  "\\Server\Shared\Timberline\Default Company Folder Name"

I had the "use last folder at setup" checked off. I have now unchecked it and it works. I did not know this setting existed. Thank you for the timely reply!
