Does anyone have any experience integrating BambooHR and Sage 300 CRE?
I have the same question as we use BambooHR as well and wish there was some experience out there with it. We recently had our consultant write some Formulas and reports to use as an upload into BambooHR to provider earned PTO. We have a formula in Sage that calculates PTO by person and their rate to provide PTO accrual on the balance sheet. We have a job set up to the balance sheet to decrease the PTO accrual when it is taken by have a cost code and using that specific job. Employees code their PTO to that specific job and cost code and processing payroll completes it.
We are only two months into doing this because prior to that the accrual of PTO on the balance sheet was a real problem.
Going to follow this thread as we're evaluating BambooHR currently.
We have written exports for PTO to import into Bamboo also. We have also written exports out of Bamboo to import the new employees into Timberline. Then we use Office Connector to add the employees pays, union & medical deducts, etc.
Thanks for the feedback - What I was hoping to get was some insight to the Open API that BambooHR has and how difficult it is to pull out information out of Sage 300 CRE. I know that Sage 300 CRE is an ODBC database so it seems as if it should be fairly easy.
I would look at ARCORO HR they are a Sage 300 CRE / 100 partner and have integration that Bamboo does not have. I think you will be impressed.
