Are you using the Accounts Receivable, and if so, are you using Billing or Contracts? Or do you do everything in Job Cost?

I'm a little unsure on how to answer your question but I will give it my best shot:  This job does not have a contract set up in Sage.  I am referring to AR customers being setup in the job cost module.  I have not done anything in Billing as it pertains to this issue.

Correct - Job Cost can only have one customer assigned in Setup, Jobs. However that field is for reporting only and has no functional impact - you can enter invoices in AR to either customer and use that job number.
