I am an office administrator who works with Sage 100 Contractor. We have one server with Sage 100 Contractor installed and three active licenses. I logged in from a workstation and could not access our software. When I logged into the server, I got the following error message
"Unable to continue: the designated license server doesn't have any activated product licenses" and then redirected me to click "Update License" in the License administrator. I got back in the license administrator and I clicked the “Update License Information” option and got an error message saying ”Unable to update license information: registration information is incorrect.”
Could someone please help, or direct me where to contact support? I called them and all they gave me was this website. Does anyone else have problems contacting support?
