Bank Feed won't open window to connect to bank account

Hi, we are having this issue with S100 contractor verison 23.3.34 where it is impossible to connect our bank account to the Bank Feed functionality in 1-5. This is happening across all machines, regardless of version/state of Windows. We go to Connect to Bank Feeds, and then enter an email in the first step, and then select our bank from the list. At this point, we click sign in, and the window loads for a sec, and then kicks back with the below "incomplete sign in" message even though there was no chance to sign in. I showed this to a Sage support person, and they recommended following an MS article on setting certain group policies for MS Edge forwarding to internet explorer, but this did nothing. I can confirm that route is irrelevant because the same exact thing happens on one of our old servers that does not even have MS Edge. 

Is this something we need to upgrade to fix? Appreciate anyones help on this!
