I especially notice a lot of lag in:
- payroll timecard line entry
- A/P invoice entry lines
- querying vendor/payroll/client/job records

I have been having that same issue and have been just dealing with it when I do payroll which ends up taking so long because I have to wait for the cursor to skip the fields so I can backspace to fill in the correct information. I agree this is extremely frustrating.

I'd like to note that we did said update. It did not help with this issue. This version of Sage continues to disappoint.
Rebecca - sorry to hear the update did not work for you. Have you called into Support for assistance with this issue? There may other causes for the slow performance.
I cannot tell you how many times we have dealt with support assistance for this. My IT team is very good. And they've been working this for a long time.
The bottom line is this is a terrible version of Sage. I am going to keep saying it and keep putting that pressure on until Sage takes care of the multiple problems.
By the way, here's how Support normally works. I pay to have unlimited support. I call in. I am told to check the Knowledge Base first. Please feel free to share my next piece of feedback: When clients call in, they don't want to be told to do their own legwork / research before getting assistance.
Rebecca: I can so relate to your response! So many unresolved issues with Sage SQL version. I will keep saying this: I used to tell everyone I met how great Sage software is; Now I tell everyone I meet how much I dislike Sage Contractor 100 and Sage Advanced Estimating. The SQL versions have made my lift miserable and cost thousands of dollars.
