Hi Graemes, Oddly enough, not all data is available to Sage's internal reports. That is the reason we started writing custom reports so many years ago. Sage has nice reports but it can be frustrating if you would like to add something that is not there and you cannot seem to find it. We use XLGL by Logicim to write custom reports for sage users and with software like that I can access ALL data from your sage company database and arrange it any way that is necessary to manage your business.
