Greg, are you using the UDL link to the report?

The name of the file to link is the CrystalReports.udl.

open with notepad to see the datasource to be used in the login 

Data Source=BellwetherGardenSupp

example above is for current bellwether bcs.

this value changes for each company.

We are using the CrystalReports.udl file.  I opened the notepad file and the datasource is correct.

did you ensure that the crystal reports . udl is in the folder where the company is located, the path of the company files must match the location of the crystal reports udl file.

It is.  There is no issue on a computer that has not been replaced.

I am not sure if you had any additional suggestions for us?  We are still having the issue.

it still baffles me, perhaps windows updates, net 4.5 install, etc. what op system?

We are running .NET Framework 4.7.2.  Operating System is Windows 10 Pro version 1803.

Like this one, the report failed when they moved it to a new PC while it worked fine on the old one.  Their new PC was Windows 11,  but I thought it still might be related.

I have the same problem and the suggested fixes do not solve it.  Any more suggestions?
