Sage 50 bank reconciliation

I've been doing bank reconciliations for years on this program without a problem. This month however I was able to reconcile the account, print the report BUT was unable to save it in the program. Any suggestions?

Related to your question though, is your Sage 50 US data in the last period of a second open fiscal year? If so, then see this article titled "Click OK to save the Account Reconciliation window, and the Account Reconciliation window closes but does not save the transactions as reconciled"
