The cloud is great until it breaks and no one is around to fix it. My most recent backup is at the office so I'm unless I want to drive across town to grab a copy and bring it to my home office.
If you have payroll services, make sure you check your latest update. My companies were rolled back to the July 22 payroll tax update and had to reinstall the one from end of January.
