Odd bug, User ID changed to random company after upgrading to 2023

I upgraded to 2023 an got an odd bug. I was trying to get into payroll and got "Call us to subscribe to payroll" dialog box. After syncing it did not populate the taxes and still got the dialog box every time I selected payroll. I called to verify that my company still had the payroll subscription. When they asked for the User ID I got it from the "About Sage" in the help menu. The User ID was for a company across the country. They were able to find my companies User ID using our email, which matched the renewal invoice I finally found. I was not able to continue the call due to not being the Official contact.

I always keep the previous install and Sage 2022 showed the correct User ID in "About Sage". So, for some reason when I updated, the User ID changed to a random company. I did not change any licensing/keys (forgot which it is called) when I updated, I just left what was auto filled. I honestly did not want to deal with it, so I just ended up deleting 2023 and revert back to 2022 for the time being.

This is an odd random bug. So, if Sage is saying you are not subscribed double check your User ID in the help menu.
