The Bank Feeds function within Sage 50 will do most of the automated bank reconciliation work for you - matching downloaded bank transactions to the transactions that you've entered into Sage 50. Where Bank Feeds needs some assistance is when you download bank transactions that you didn't previously enter into Sage 50. For those transactions, the system will need to be told how to add them to your accounting data, i.e. G/L Accounts.
