I have several clients who have downloaded and installed the upgrade since it was released last Wednesday. I downloaded it for my internal data also. There is no data conversion, and I've yet to see anything that would cause you to need to delay the installation. Ok...I am just a little skittish considering the same QA was supposedly performed last year.

I did contact Sage and personally asked them what issues they were having with the new 2022 program.  The response was very positive.  They felt that the 2022 was an excellent update over the 2021 program.  They had improved the connections with Sage Drive (now Sage Remote Access) and Bank Feeds.

It is good to hear this upgrade does not appear to be laden with issues as history has shown us.  Since we were victimized by our early adoption of 2021.0, which required a roll back to 2020, we are planning to sit on the sideline for a while.  Any input from other users would be valuable.

Does anyone know if the Cloud Backup function was restored in 2022.0?  We lost this ability when we upgraded to 2021 and Sage Tech Support indicated this was a known issue with no resolution timeline.  

I just tried and got 2 error messages.... 1311 and 1603

Using 2021, the Cloud Backup error we receive... 

Reason: Backup failed with status: STATUS_ERR_GENERAL

Cloud backup feature does work in 2022 when using RDA.  Article ID Error: "Attempt to create cloud backup failed" with status STATUS_ERR_GENERAL while sharing the company (106088) https://bit.ly/3iCxVhJ covers this.
