1099NEC Crashes Sage

Release: Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2021 (SR-1)
Build: 28.1.01.0176

With the recent tax update.  When I try to preview the 1099 NEC the Sage application abruptly closes.  I've rebooted my computer and tried a different tax form (941) and had no issues with it.

    I also tried the 1099-Misc -- it works.  It's not so much a crash as it is an orderly shut down of Sage.  Open Sage windows close one by one and the the main app shuts down.  I see this in the errorlog.txt, but it doesn't show up after every "crash" 2020/12/21 15:24:46, N/A, CollectDataError Class:CollectSanMeterDataManager / ErrorType:Upload / Message:Security negotiation failed because the remote party did not send back a reply in a timely manner. This may be because the underlying transport connection was aborted.

    Firewall and antivirus -- all I have are what's in Windows 10 from Microsoft
    Admin mode didn't help.
    All other forms work without issue
    I found this multiple entries in C:\Users\treas\AppData\Roaming\Sage\Peachtree\20201222 PeachtreeLogFile.log

    There are multiple days worth of files with a row like the one below for every time I tried the 1099-NEC.
    2020.12.22 - 16:0:00.565 - Er -> "Sage.OverDrive.Engine.dll" - ":0" - "Exception of type 'Sage.Data.Exchange.Engine.EngineLauncherException' was thrown."

    Selective start up seems very extreme for just one tax form.  I'd get it if nothing worked.

    Tried on a different computer with same business data and it worked.  Came back to this computer and uninstalled Sage and re-installed it.  Now it works.
