File System error number 43 in file c:\sage\PEACHT`1\Company\agrincai\JRNLHDR.DAT

Question

We have been having so many issues with this program and not much help. I already lost 3 months worth of data from the server failure. Now that we fixed that on our own, it has stopped working for me. I keep getting the File System error number 43 in file. I bought a brand new laptop and tried to set up sage on that comuter also. BOTH computers are saying the exact same thing but my boss's is working. (We do share the company.)

I've had the same error and found that if I pause sharing on the main computer and then restart sharing, Sage uploads a new batch to the cloud and the error 43 goes away on the other computer.
