Go to System Manager Maintenance and use Assisted Company Setup with "Other" "Any" as the source system. When you choose Customer and click the Migrate button, one of the staging tables is StgCustAddr. If you enter the customer ID, address Id etc. here, it should add these addresses to the customers for you. Same with Contact (StgContact).

I created a new customer address, with an associated contact in SOA demo company. In my example I actually added a contact and an address in the StgCustAddr table - it is shown below.

The Migration Link is enabled when you have activated Data Migrator for the company in Maintain Companies. I believe it was a separate purchase option but the Migration Link is populated with the mapped systems configured in Set Up Migration Links.

You could also try the older flat file import in AR\Activities\AR Utilities. Example files are in \Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\AR\Imports.
