Inventory Cost Report phantoms

Hello:

We are running Sage 500 ERP 2014 January 2015 Update (Verson 7.60.5.0) - we recently closed a warehouse and transferred all inventory to another warehouse. Stock Status shows nothing in the old warehouse, I can't find any pending transactions for that warehouse but yet when we run the Inventory Cost Report it is reporting quantities for about 50 items that can't  be accounted for and definitely do not exist in the old warehouse.

Can anybody point me in a direction I might investigate?  Thanks much

    You can check quantities by looking in Cost Tiers. Check out the warehouse/items in Process Cost Tier Adjustments. Sometimes the tiers get out of sync with the actual quantity tables.

    Thank you very much! That was indeed it, all my quantity discrepancies are in there on open lines. Turns out I can close those lines from the backend and the report runs fine. I imagine closing them from the front-end and possibly adjusting the discrepancies is probably a better approach, but as this warehouse has been shuttered and there is no remaining stock, we may be able to get away with just that.
