Can I ask why you are trying to rebuild a system file?

Getting an error that indicates that file is messed up.

Error says that it needs to correct a missing key in that file.

Also, when trying  to run the Sage Advisor Update, the file check process indicates that file is corrupt (as well as the SY_ModuleDate file)

I was able to reproduce this error and have determined the cause.  There is a problem in the rebuild logic that is causing the error.  It is a simple fix but we need to work with Customer Support to have it corrected and tipped/released.  If you can please report this to Customer Support, it will help move the process forward.

Log in as administrator and turn off the reporting back to sage feature (can't remember exactly what it's called).

This file locked up our system twice, the first time I restored the file from backup and got everything running again; however, the second time restoring from backup didn't work, and the only way I could get Sage up and running was to turn this off.
