Sage 100 PM WT Traveler Crystal Report - Steps Repeat

Hi,

Hoping someone knows how to get the details sections of a crystal report to not repeat the same values as I can not have step instructions and signoff information repeat

I moved things around in the PM WT Traveler report that came with the install to try and solve this and I think this format should work, this is about the same as what the WO crystal report looks like.  What i need to have happen is, as many items that are included on a BOM step, I need all barcodes in Details A without Details B through D repeating.

Below i have 2 items on this one step and i get A though D with one item and A through D again for the second item.  

What do i need to do in crystal to get Details A to list all values without repeating B-D?

  • Did you add any additional data tables to the Standard Crystal Form?  If so, maybe consider adding fields to the Work File, or if you have to link a table using a Left Outer Join, not an Equal Join.  Your Sage Reseller/Consultant can also assist with such matters.

    I did have to add a second table, BM_BillHeader, because the Work File wouldnt allow me to link in new fields from that data source.  I need the Template Number and Rev and I can get this from the fields JT140_TemplateNo and JT140_RevisionNo in the BOM table.  If I use the template tables Source Template field it doesn't return values.  May be due to the only data  we have right now is migrated from 2018 Work Order module...

    Instead of adding the table, try a subreport to add the BM_BillHeader data.
