The Sage software auto update service issue has been resolved.  However, we are still having issues activating the Federal and State Tax Reporting as well.  When you click OK in the Federal and State Tax Reporting > Verify Account Information screen, the popup disappears and the tax forms do not update.

Our system issues were resolved yesterday evening.  We are processing as normal.  The verify account and the program updates are 2 different processes.  I hope you can get resolved soon.
