You did not mention if you are on Standard, Advance or Premium.  With Advanced you use the Master Console to kill the process. With Standard you have to be at their work station and kill the process using Master Console.

Sorry I spaced. Here is the screenshot. I get this when I open Sales Order Options.

Then I click More Info and get a bunch of the below messages in the same window.

Cl_LockInfo: username module name

I have verified, the people listed are not in the module listed.

Modules can be related  in ways you don't expect.  SO has integration pieces with AR, IM, CI, PO, RA... so open the Master Console as you review the list and you should be able narrow down what screens may be blocking you.

You normally only receive this message when you are attempting to go into Setup Options on a module that is in use. This applies to related modules. If someone is in Sales Order Entry you cannot go into the setup options for Inventory or AR.  Also if you use a third party program such as InSync to import orders you will receive the message although no users appears to be in the module.
