Does anyone know about this? I'm not sure if both are necessary or if one is causing a problem. I'm a former MAS 90 customer, which was upgraded to Sage 100 2013. 

Hello, For Sage 100 v2013 the correct printer name is Sage PDF Converter. 

The 5.0.0.9 version of the driver you are using will not work with Sage 100 2013. <<Error 30>>.

Delete both the Sage PDF Converter and Sage 100 PDF converter from devices and printers in the windows control panel

Access Sage 100, File | Run enter PL_AdvancedOptions_ui.

Uninstall the converter.

Install the converter.  It will create the Sage PDF Converter with v3.0x of the driver (This driver was problematic)
