General Ledger Account Structure Problem

I am currently creating a new database in Sage 100 but stuck on the General Ledger Account Structure

where it is not allowing me to choose between Standard and Segmented accounts type.

The option for segmented does not appear although am registered for this module.

Running on Server 2012.

Any advice plz?

You can add a segment to your GL Accounts in General Ledger > Setup > Account Structure Maintenance. I advise making a backup prior to changing your account structure. See KB ID 18272 How to set up and modify General Ledger account structures.

Thanks for your help Gina.

The problem was that I was using Sage 100 Evolution Standard and segmented accounts is not supported.

Upgrading to 200 at the moment. Do you know any upgrade installation documentation for this? Thx
