First they should not have 3 sales order entry screens open. Second you might have ghost sessions. When you are sure everyone is out of MAS you should go to the server and open task manager.  How many pvxwin32.exe are running? If more than one then you need to kill and reboot the server.

I see about 50 pvxwin.exe *32" on the server,  something is wrong.  Thank you

I also restarted my server, then I also went one more extreme.

I removed files for MAS200:

SY_console.m4t

sy_workstation.m4t

and I removed files:

locate.pvk

and

sessons.pvk.

I was informed that in 4.4.08 the "PVXWIN.exe *32" is suppose to have one for each work station session?

Right now all seems to be working better.

I found problem with our server, I had the service running and the Desktop application running.  

Problem resolved by removing the Service.
