Delete the user specific panel (usually having to select DMAIN) using the Custom Office program Customizer Selection.

now that I have your attention can I ask you another question about customizing a panel   we are trying to add a UDF field to a already customized panel and when we do it removes all the other customization we have on the panel for a long time.   is there a secret to keeping the old but yet added some new?

You're probably creating a new panel, instead of editing the old version.  Find the panel you want to edit on that same screen (pictured above, down in the Customized Panels section), then double-click to open that version of a panel for editing.
