Well, so much for waiting for the first PU release and staying up till midnight go live!  Had this exact issue!  Everything worked smoothly in 2022.0.  I was waiting for 2022.1 to take the client live over the weekend.  Now this  I will back off the go live until this has been resolved as I am NOT going to add the panel modifications.  This impacted me in the SO module but I assume that it occurs in all modules that have additional tabs added.  Would appreciate an update on Monday regarding the status of the resolution.  When will it be safe to get into the water??

You might open a case with Sage so they know it is more than just me and help give it priority.  As of Friday, they hadn't had anyone report the issue.

Bvulliamy do you have a case # for this?  We starting looking at this on Friday and would like to follow-up with you and support on a possible fix.

Good Idea.  Will do if I find time.  Was up late last night taking another client live with the new PM and v2022.  So far so good there as that client did not have significant modifications to their CO panels.  I also reported this to my 90Minds user group so many resellers are now aware of this significant issue with the PU1 update.  I am sure Mitch J and his team are on the case I type this note

I manually recreated all the screens on Friday and they were working.  This morning they are broken again.  

Was the "Update Custom Panels to Current Level" utility run again?  

Possibly - and it corrupted the backup files (.bak) so they don't work either

I was able to manually copy the prior version over so they could get back to work.
