I've been bounced back and forth between Sage Tech Support and Alchemex Tech support in Australia (?!) for the last week trying to get this issue resolved. Very frustrating!
I apologize for the inconvenience. This is a global issue with the site and our IT and web services are currently working to fix it.
Sandra, is this issue getting any closer to being resolved? I'm trying to download a template for a customer and we are still waiting. Also, I don't want to provide the websites to customers if they will have the same problem.
Yes, it is getting closer. The site's videos, and documents are still accessible.
I think the frustration is coming from the fact that the videos and documents all reference the reports we want to use.....
I completely understand. We are in touch with those who are fixing the issue and it should be very soon.
