Extended Stub..unwanted double sided printing

SOLVED

Hello

we just got a new printer and it's wreaking all kinds of havoc. ;)

We now have the global default setting for the printer to print single sided pages. The problem is that it still is printing our extended check stubs double sided. This leaves me to wonder if there is a setting within Sage that is influencing this. We only print one copy of each extended stub when we run our ACH batches, so the "collate" setting is checked.

Any wisdom out there about this?

thank you in advance

Hi Betsy   Having fought many battles with printers on specific settings I have found that often the printer ignores the settings in Sage.   First question is do you use double sided printing at all?  If not, go into the printer settings and turn it off (the printer companies want to show how eco friendly they are...)    That should take care of it.   If you do use it, you will want to install the printer a second time were it is disabled and then set the extended stubs to use this new printer.

    Good luck!
