There are a number of companies that specialize in that.  Just Google ECommerce for Sage 100 and read all the entries

I appreciate the response and I've done that but I haven't found a great solution from those I've talked to.  Hoping to get some input on what others have found to be a good company to work with.

No, there's not really one that integrates easily with Sage 100 that I could find. My client installed NOPCommerce and I sync the two databases with SQL and MS Access programs. NOPCommerce is OpenSource, so the entry cost is low and it works really well.

CIMCloud and In-Synch are two names that come to mind... each has their own niche, so it depends on the details of your project.
