Direct Deposit Recreation

I ran my payroll and missed selecting to PDF & Electronically Deliver my DD Stubs.

I have already posted the batch.  I did create a PDF Batch of the DD Stubs and they are created in the Employee files.

Is there anyway to recreate them individually so they will be in the paperless version and automatically electronically deliver?

    One of the Payroll reports has a checkbox to reprint direct deposit info. I think it might be Payroll History Report. Suppose you could print report to Paperless to get them in Paperless.

    There is a Check History Report no Payroll History Report and while it does have a checkbox to print direct deposit details its just the details and not the formatting of the actual DD Stubs.  I called into the help desk and actually had to reverse my payroll run and redo to get the DD Stubs.  So... that was fun.

    Not quite as painful with the reverse check button in payroll however. would be nice to have a reverse batch in payroll and a copy previous batch.

    Merlynn, this sounds like a great idea for process improvement.  You should submit your thoughts to the Sage Idea website.  If you get enough votes will consider the idea.  It has happened to my clients as well.  I believe you can email individually, but this only works for a small number of employees.  You might (if you haven't already) create a form (other than standard).  Forms of this type "remember" the settings (electronic delivery) each time you print.  This minimizes the chance that they are not sent.
