Dylan McHave you reached out to your reseller for training options?  Or you can contact Sage for either a reference to another partner in San Diego area or our professional services group. 

Whoever they purchased the software from and who installed it are the ones to train the staff. It should have been included in the original purchase agreement.

We actually bought the software back in 2016 but we had some issues that caused us to have to put off implementing it. Now that we are finally using it, we are working with a consultant group for training, but our payroll person is extremely resistant to the training and has asked if they could talk to someone that is actually using it. It is causing problems, but in the hopes of appeasing them, the owners want to find a company somewhat local to reach out to. 

I also did contact Sage and ask them, but they just put me in contact with another consultant group based out of Florida to train and implement.

You bought it in 2016, you are just now implementing it.  What version are you NOW working with?  The original version is no longer supported nor is the legacy payroll.  Hopefully, you are working with v2021 with the new framework PR.  MUCH easier to use.
