We are experiencing massive degradation in speed on our Sage 100 Advanced v4.4 Sage Server. We have about 40 users on currently. The server is a Windows 2008 R2 virtual server with 8 AMD Opteron 4171 HE processors at ~2.1GHz and 14GB of RAM on the Azure platform. Our average CPU and Memory usage is in the mid 20%.

We have no virus scanners running (uninstalled it last week hoping that was the issue). 

We just restarted the server last night. Anecdotally it seems that this happens whenever we have restarted in the past 3 weeks.

I cannot find anything that could be causing this slowdown. Do you have any ideas?
