Local workstation or terminal server connection?  Std, ADV or SQL?  If ADV, is CSODBC utility activated?  Is it possible to test by running a session directly on the server to take the network out of the picture?  

Local, Standard.  I did have them check to see if they could process from another workstation and they did receive the same error.  I also asked them to try a different form code, but I haven't heard back yet.  

I will also have them try smaller batches.

We've pretty much addressed everything in the article.  The odd thing is, they can print Paperless Journals and Register, no issue.  They can email Sales Order Invoices, no issue.  But when they try to email Statements...error -30.  We've checked for Lock Files, none.
