Is it possible for change the work table selection criteria? Because I have modified on of the canned report and in the modified version I would like to eliminate some of the customers. Any advise/help as how to achieve that?

Thanks for your reply. I see, so in this case user needs to set that parameter every time they run the report. But the way I did user does not need to remember that as it was part of the original criteria. so do you will it be a problem the way I did for this report to eliminate some customers?

As Big Louie mentioned, a named report setting will save the selection grid. (Use something other than STANDARD).

Summing a formula in Crystal is not always possible.
Indeed. You're just looking at temp data. The warning is about using DFDM to edit data (which is not for novices).
It's came out just blank
Browse (folder icon top right) to find the file name, in the company folder / module folder / tagged with the username/date/time for your Previewed report. Sort by date modified and it should be at the top of the correct folder.
(I thought this would be obvious from my screenshot...).
