Those menu bars are also de-tachable as their own separate window. Is it possible the client pulled it off the window and it's somewhere else? If so they can just drag it back to where it was. Drag it over and drop it back on the explorer window. I don't think "Reset" will reattach the window. Best way is to minimize everything else on the screen except explorer to see if there is more than one window associated with explorer.
