Run and export to Excel the general ledger of all companies at once

We have several individual companies in SAGE. I would like to export the general ledger detail from each company, at once, into one large excel file. Currently, I go into each company and export the data manually and it is very time consuming.

Is this possible?

We've used Access in the past to link to four separate Sage companies for reporting purposes via pass thru queries. Each company required its own DSN. Once we had the PTQ table, we created another table to combine the four tables into one. From there, we used Crystal or Excel for the actual reports. Similar to Kevin M and SQL express. Go with your favorite tool.
