Save Template: Deletes the Template after running report.

Sage v2018 o 2019.

Customer (user specific) will run out a Report Designer Financial Report, makes a small change and tries to perform Save Template.  The process starts and then Excel asks if she wants to save changes to:  reportname1.xlsx.   Regardless of how she answers, the template disappears from the Repository.  The screen says the Template was linked successfully.

If customer opens Template in Design Mode, she can make changes and Save Template successfully.

Had customer repair their Office Software, no change.  I uninstalled/installed her workstation setup, no change.  

The other SI User in the office can make changes and save successfully when running reports..

What would cause this and ideas on how to fix?
