Sage 100 ERP 2013: How to generate a list of all accounts that have special pricing methods set, like price overrides, price discount amounts, etc.

SOLVED

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to generate a list of all customers that have special pricing methods set, including: Cost Markup Amount, Cost Markup %, Price Discount Amount, Price Discount % and Price Override. The one that's chiefly used is Price Override, but also Price Discount Amount. If it's not possible to get a list of any special pricing method (special meaning pricing that's set per account by item), I'd be mostly interested in generating a list I can export to Excel that has just the customers (with name and account number preferably) that have any Price Overrides or Price Discount Amounts set. If the list has each customer with all of the items that have special pricing methods, I can organize the data in Excel, so that would work too.

I've been trying to figure this out and haven't been able to find any information about doing what I'd like to do.

Thank you

I'm not sure if I have this functionality - I'm using Sage 100 ERP 2013. I don't see an Intelligence Reporting module or any sort of option that looks like "SI" "SIR" "IR" - maybe I'm missing something. Because I'm trying to learn as much as I can, I've tried all of the suggestions listed, although the Excel query was very effective in my case.

in version 2013 Sage Intelligence was not embedded in Sage 100, that happened in Sage 100 v 2014.  In your case SIR (Sage Intelligence Reporting) functioned much like Crystal reports as a stand along reporting tool

I see, thank you - I might consider upgrading at some point, although this software was very expensive and we've been using it since it was MAS 90, which was an expensive upgrade to Sage 100 2013. I'm also hesitant, as with the various integrations (website, excel, other shipping portals for amazon and such) and other customized panels and reports, I'm very concerned that there will be significant issues that I don't have time to deal with at the moment. Is SIR easier to use than Crystal Reports? Is there another system that's being used now instead of SIR?
