Unable to launch sage 100 app from CRM

Within CRM any button that launches the ERP app will not launch the sage 100 app. A pvxwin process gets started but no sage 100 log in window ever shows. We made sure no pop up blocker was enabled, made sure we selected to always launch or always allow to launch the application. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I would recommend calling into Sage 100 Support so we may assist you directly, if you have not done this yet.

    There would not be a Sage 100 login that would appear when launching a Sage 100 related task (Sales Order, Customer Maintenance, etc.) from CRM.
    It uses the Salesperson User Mapping in Sage 100 (see below) to link the Sage 100 user id to the CMR user id.
    The CRM/ Sage 100 integration tells it what Sage 100 Company is being accessed.

    It could be browser issue, if using Internet Explorer 11 this is only compatible with Sage CRM 7.2 patch D or higher.

    If CRM 7.3, it is compatible with Internet Explorer 11 but not in Compatibility View mode.

    If Sage 100 is integrated with Sage CRM, it is possible that the Salesperson User Mapping is not set up correctly/completely in Sage 100 (Customer Relationship Management, Main, Salesperson User Mapping). This maps the CRM user id to the Sage 100 user id and Salesperson (per AR division).
    If there is no mapping or it is mapped to user ids that no longer exist then it may cause Sage 100 related tasks (links) in CRM to not respond properly.

    Hello,
    Yes we verified the mapping is setup properly, the correct browser is being used (in this case IE10 on CRM 7.2). For example when i try to edit/view an order the sage 100 order entry window should come up and it does not, however i notice the process does start but we wait almost 20 minutes and still no sage 100 window shows. I will call sage for support in this case.
