AP Check Printing Causes "Sage 100 System Stopped Working" Error Message

We have multiple companies.  When printing the weekly AP checks for all companies ONLY ONE COMPANY gets the "Sage 100 System Stopped Working" error message.  This is a regular error message that happens every week, but ONLY ON ONE COMPANY.  Our solution is to reboot the workstation. Then we are able to print the AP checks.  We have also reinstalled the print driver, but that does not seem to make a difference.  Is there anything that might be imbedded in the Crystal Report check (for this specific company) that would cause the error?  We are also thinking about copying the Crystal Report check template from another company to see if that might fix the problem.  We have not done that.  Would that be a smart next step in trying to debug the problem?
