For Salespersons that have purposely have their Link Settings OFF (not linked to a vendor, nor a GL):
These Salespersons have their commission settings purposely set to 0% for all transactions.
Their records still populate in the Commission Edit Register Lookup List, all at Commission Amount $0.00
I cannot get these records to purge using the Salesperson Commission Purge utility in A/R module.
I tried changing those salesperson's settings to allow a Link (to a GL acct) and then tried to get their $0.00 commission records to show "Link Updated = Y" via commission edit register in period end of A/R, and they will not update the link, because the commissions are all $0.00 on those records (I'm assuming that's why they will not update the "Link Updated" from "N" to "Y" ?)
How to I removed all these records without having to delete them all one-by-one from Commission Edit Maintenance? There are thousands of them in there, and I want them gone.
We do *NOT* have the box checked in A/R Setup for Pay Commission on Paid Invoices Only, by the way. Commissions can be paid on unpaid invoices in our system.
