Fiscal Year Change in Test Company

We are trying to test a POS solution in a test company (ABX) and we need to change the fiscal year to the current year. In fiscal year maintenance it has 2024 as the current year, is this changeable or can I go in DFDM and change it? the POS needs to post to the GL in the current year in order to finish our testing.

First go into General Ledger, Setup Menu, Fiscal Year Maintenance, and be sure there exists Fiscal Years for 2023. If it does not exist, then create the fiscal year. Once that is created, you should have…

First go into General Ledger, Setup Menu, Fiscal Year Maintenance, and be sure there exists Fiscal Years for 2023. If it does not exist, then create the fiscal year. Once that is created, you should have no problem re-opening the General Ledger to that prior period in GL Setup Options. All users need to be out of the company, to change the Setup Options.
