Mark the lines you aren't shipping yet as back-ordered, then don't select the option for printing BO lines on the Pick Sheet.  (This only works once though, since everything becomes back-ordered after the first invoice posts against the SO.

Thanks Kevin! This is a great idea but unfortunately we usually ship against an order multiple times lately so this would only address a small amount of orders. I do appreciate the suggestion though!

Then you are looking at a line UDF, and modified form code / report.

... or print the QoH / Available quantity on the picking sheet so pickers would know something is low / out of stock (without having to do the line UDF updates before printing).

The sales order line UDF worked perfectly. I can even use that as a filter on the pick sheet report and it filters only the parts and pick sheets that have that UDF checked. Now I need to create a Visual Integrator job that clears it daily but aside from that this is great! Thanks for the advice!

Kevin, would you have a recommendation on how to clear the UDF values every night, VI requires a file when really I just want to set all the Y values for the checkbox back to N every night. Is there an easy way to do this?
