What version of Sage 100 are you running?

Currently in 2017, but moving to 2021 next week.

I meant Standard / Advanced or Premium. If Premium it's a SQL statement to remove them.

If not then I would open up a ProvideX console and execute a PERFORM text script that parses the S/O file removing old quotes.

If you have the Visual Integrator module, you could import in a new expiration date for the orders you want to get rid of.  Export them out via VI, or just a custom lookup.  Import back in with a new expiration date of 12/31/2009 and then you can use the utilities to purge.

Why not do your first step using VI to change the dates of quotes in the far future and go directly to using the purge utility like you suggested?

This Is a 10 lines or less ProvideX script no matter what version.

Based on her posting, it looks like all of the quotes have the expiration date of 12/31/5999, so it would be impossible to use the utility to selectively only purge older quotes.

I thought the purge utility was date sensitive. The problem  was future dates. Oh well.

I was talking about using the Purge Expired Orders/Quotes, which runs off the Expiration Date, not the Order date.

I just reread the original post and it is the expiration date not order date that is in the future. Wouldn't changing that fixed date value with date in the past allow your 1 step VI solution to work?
