Sage 1099 Tax Reporting did not update after submitting to Aatrix - internet disconnected

I'm using Sage 100 version 2020.   I wanted to use Aatrix this year to submit my 1099's.  I went through all of the steps in Sage, logged in to Aatrix, paid for e-filing.  Between closing the Aatrix finish pop-up, and it going back to Sage, my internet cut off.  I received some error saying the tables didn't update.   When I logged back in, I found that Sage did not process that I actually filed, and it still shows it as a draft.

I received an AFID from Aatrix, and when I log in to Aatrix, it appears fine.  So I asked the Aatrix people if they knew how to fix this, and they said to ask Sage.  I asked my Sage guy, and he says there's nothing that can be done.

The issue is that if I need to reprint, refile, etc., I won't be able to do that from Sage.  Does anyone have any idea if there is a fix for this?
