Assets with multiple cost factors

My company is getting ready to move into a new location and we will be receiving much furniture, Some of these will have additional items attached which have been priced separately. For example, our invoice for a conference table lists separately the cost of different items added/customized to the final product. When audit season comes, I want to make sure there is a clear paper trail showing how we arrived at our final depreciable cost basis for this conference table. Besides having notes and invoice images, is their another way I can show the cost of each item (table, cable clips, clamp mount, freight and storage) which leads to the final depreciable cost of this asset?
