The totals on the 1099 include reimbursements. How do I edit the totals for accuracy?
I DON'T want to edit the actual transactions, as there are more than 100 of them. I want to edit the totals.

SAGE 50 Accounting does not allow printing on the W-3 form nor will it print the Copy A form for filing via regular mail. when printing, it has a small message that says:
Form cannot be printed in certified format. You may eFile or transfer information…
Our W-3 won't print out on the preprinted form. It prints the entire form in black ink. We've hit reprint, start over, correct and tried selecting "preprinted" as our paper source but it happens every time. Can someone please help?!?!

Sorry about any confusion that has been caused, nothing has changed regarding the way tax tables affect the Payroll module.
The tax table update rates and limits will not affect amounts that print on W2s BUT they will affect amounts on Payroll reports…
