Where did you order this from?  Timeslips 2019 is no longer sold and has only been available as a download as far as I know.

Timeslips 2019 will be unsupported in April.  It is currently a supported version but it is an older version.  The current version is Timeslips 2020.

If someone is selling as cd it may be a copy they created. You must have install code, serial number, registration code and account number. Without all of that it won’t install. That’s part of the information we always provide clients with a sale. Along with the download link
