I have Time capture icon on my desktop, sometimes I double check and the program opens, sometimes it does not.

Sometimes in the lower right hand corner near the clock and calendar I can open with icon listed their and sometimes it does not work.

If none of these work I then have to open Timeslips and go to the Special tab and open TimeCapture their and this always works.

Any fixes?
