Just tested KB 96825 for Sage Timeslip's 2020 download and it's working as expected. Noticed that your Sage Knowledgebase logon might be tied to a partner account ending 089 that has inactive plans for the product line which would explain the access issue.

The service team at 1-877-491-6464 may be able to set you up with an alternate logon if there's a different account with an active plan that you have access to.

Otherwise, the sales team at 1-800-285-0999 can assist with activating the plan on the existing account.

Thanks Erzsi_I.  I called into support and there was a problem with the download area on the website this morning, but it has been resolved.
